  • WARC's latest Future of Strategy survey revealed a growing interest in experience beyond the touch point of advertising and media.
  • Half of strategists in the survey said they are doing more customer experience work for clients than a year ago, and 44% agreed that digital-first business models are undermining traditional forms of strategy.
  • A surprising 63% of survey respondents said they did not expect their next job to be in an agency.
  • In light of these findings, three presenters gave their advice on how to succeed in a fast-changing marketing industry.
